Species Globigerina inaequispira Subbotina 1953

Discussion / Comments:
Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985):
Typical for this Species is the discrepancy between the rather small and tightly coiled inner whorl and the rather loosely coiled and rapidly expanding outer whorl. The surface of the test is rather smooth, finely cancellate or slightly hispid. Globigerina linaperta Finlay is more tightly coiled and does not show the contrast between the aspect of the inner and the outer whorl.
