Species Blefuscuiana occulta Longoria 1974

Discussion / Comments:
Banner & Desai (1988):
This species has six to seven, subglobular to slightly depressed chambers per whorl, with depressed subradial sutures, a flattened to slightly concave spiral side (the height of the last chamber being about 1/3 of the test diameter), and an open deep, umbilicus (about 25% of the total test diameter).
Boudagher-Fadel et al. (1997):
Remarks: This species has six subglobular chambers (h/L = l approx.) abutting the umbilicus, a flattened to slightly concave dorsal side, half of which occupied by early whorls, and, ventrally, an open (u/uh = 0.5 approx.) and deep umbilicus.
