Boudagher-Fadel et al. (1997):
Remarks: This species has four to five chambers ventrally, and the last chamber is often smaller than the penultimate one; the umbilicus is narrow and deep with an intra-extraumbilical aperture; the surface of the test is covered with a very coarse favose reticulation.
