DISCUSSION.- A full synonymy list and discussion of this species was given by Olsson and others (1999). STRATIGRAPHIC RANGE.- Zones P4c to E7; particularly common in mid-Zone P5 (=Zone El of this paper) in association with the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum excursion fauna at Bass River, New Jersey Coastal Plain.
