Species Morozovella lehneri Cushman & Jarvis 1929 |
Discussion / Comments: |
Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985):
The 5 to 7, or even more, radially elongate chambers, the strongly lobate and frilled periphery with a spiny 'keel' and the very much compressed, almost lenticular test, are the main characters of the species and distinguish it from other Morozovella species and particularly from M. spinulosa. However, the two species are linked by intermediate forms. |
