Subspecies Morozovella formosa gracilis Bolli 1957

Discussion / Comments:
Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985):
The last whorl consists of 5-6 chambers which increase in size rapidly but regularily in size. the periphery has a distinmct 'keel' throughout the entire last whorl. The sutures on the spiral side are strongly curved and frequently beaded. The umbilicus is open and deep, the umbilical shoulders of the chambers are rounded and without bundles of spines. M. subbotinae has less chambers in the last whorl and these increase more rapidly in size. There is only a light 'keel'. M.lensiformis is more tightly coiled.
