Discussion / Comments: |
Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985):
T. haynesi is the largest of the Truncorotaloides species and differs from T. topilensis and T. libyaensis by having 6 chambers in the last whorl instead of 4 and 5. The chambers are more angular than those of T. rohri. Very large specimens are frequent but are usually associated also with relatively small ones. |
