Species Morozovella angulata White 1928 |
Discussion / Comments: |
Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985):
In this species - the successor of Morozovella uncinata - all chambers of the last whorl are angular-conical, but it does not yet have aperipheral 'keel', although the delicate spines are concentrated around the periphery and the umbilical shoulders. The 'pararell' species , M. conicotruncata has more, and therefore less rapidly enlarging, chambers in the last whorl. |
