Discussion / Comments:
Caron (1985):
Test convexo-concave, accentuated by a shift towards the umbilicus of the last formed two chambers, which may be without a keel. The keel-band diverges obliquely from one chamber to the next, forming an imbricated- sequence. D. imbricata differs from other Dicarinella species by this characteristic imbricated aspect of the sequence of its chambers.
