Species Pseudoguembelina costulata Cushman 1938

Discussion / Comments:
Caron (1985):
Each chamber has two supplementary apertures near the median tine on either side of the test, covered by arched and tubuliform lobes. P. costulata differs from P. excolata in having a smaller test, narrower in lateral view, finer costae and narrower flaps above the supplementary apertures.
Van Eijden & Smit (1991):
Remarks. This species is extremely rare in the upper Maestrichtian at Site 758.
