Discussion / Comments:
Caron (1985):
The species is characterized by its highly trochospiral test, concave umbilical side and undulating chamber surface outlined by heavy beading. The narrow double keel is most visible in umbilical view. The umbilicus is wide and deep, covered by helicoidally arranged portici.
