Discussion / Comments: |
Bolli (1957):
Globigerina soldadoensis angulosa Bolli, new subspecies, differs from G. soldadoensis Bronnimann in the more angular shape of the chambers. It also has a more restricted stratigraphic range. Transitional forms indicate that Globigerina soldadoensis angulosa is likely to be the ancestor of Globorotalia aspensis (Colom). |
