Discussion / Comments:
Caron (1985):
The species differs from G. citae only in having an imperforate margin or aligned pustules instead of a true keel. Typical is the long umbitical-extraumbilical primary aperture protected by a triangular porticus.
Van Eijden & Smit (1991):
Remarks. G. havanensis is widespread but usually rare.
