Jenkins (1985):
Z. teuria is a distinctive species, distinguished from Paleocene Chiloguembelina in possessing an aperture at the terminal end of a neck in the final chamber. It seems that the Paleocene Z. aegyptica recorded from the Esna Shale of Sinai (Said & Kenawy, 1956), Trinidad (Beckmann, 1957) and from the King's Park Shale, Perth, Australia, is a junior synonym of Z. teuria. |
