Toumarkine & Luterbacher (1985): T. libyaensis differs from T. topilensis in having 5 chambers in the last whorl instead of the characteristic 4. The general shape of the chambers is similar in the two species but they are less angular in T. libyaensis. T. haynesi has 6 chambers in the last whorl; T. rohri has more globular chambers and a more rounded periphery. |
