Mohr & Fechner (1986):
Im Umriß dreieckiger, etwa 25 - 28 µ großer triporater Pollen-Typus. Poren relativ klein, ohne Verdickungen. Exine deutlich punctat. Nach KRUTZSCH & VANHOORNE (1977) tritt diese Art ab höherem Paläozän auf und reicht bis in die Paleogen-Zone 17, also in den oberen Teil des Mitteleozäns (KRUTZSCH 1966c). Botanische Zugehörigkeit: Familie Juglandaceae, Gattung Carya NUTTAL.
