Mohr & Fechner (1986):
Reticulater, länglich ovaler Pollentypus mit abgeplatteten Polkappen (ca. 32 X 20 µ). Reticulum fein. Maschenweite auf der gesamten Oberfläche gleich bleibend (0,3 - 0.5 µ). Weitere Merkmale vgl. KRUTZSCH & VANHOORNE (1977). Botanische Zugehörigkeit: Familie Hamamelidaceae ?
