Mohr & Fechner (1986):
Skolochorate ovoidale Zyste mit 20 - 22 soliden, einzeln stehenden, distal einfach oder arcuat und denticulat (Taf. 4. Fig. 6b) ausgebildeten Anhängen. Der Zentralkiörper mißt ca. 45 : 55 µ. Eine Schlüpföffnung ist nicht ausgebildet. EATON gibt für A. arcuatum eine stratigraphische Verbreitung ab den Mittleren Bracklesham Beds, Zone 4 (Mittel-Eozän) an.
