Kennett & Srinivasan (1983): Test low trochospiral, spiral side convex, umbilical side concave to almost flat, equatorial periphery slightly lobate, axial periphery acutely angular with a distinct thick keel; chambers strongly compressed, five in the final whorl, increasing rapidly in size; sutures on spiral side limbate strongly recurved; on umbilical side radial, depressed; surface smooth on spural side, perforate, small pustules on the umbilocal side; umbilicus small. |
