Discussion / Comments: | ||||||
Kennett & Srinivasan (1983): Gr. (J.) semivera is an intermediate form linking Gr. (J.) opima and Gr. (J.) siakensis. It is distinguished from Gr. (J.) opima by possessing five chambers in the final whorl and in having a higher-arched, rimmed aperture. Gr. (J.) siakensis usually has more than five chambers in the final whorl. |
