Species Rotalipora greenhornensis Morrow 1934

Discussion / Comments:
Caron (1985):
Typical for this species is the high number (8-10) of elongated and crescent-shaped chambers forming the last whorl, and strongly curved and raised sutures on both the spiral and umbilical side. R. greenhornensis is a descendant of R. brotzeni from which it differs mainly in the higher number of chambers in the last whorl.
