Caron (1985):
The species diners from G. linneiana in the strongly inflated umbilical side, from Dicarinella asymetrica in the umbilical position of the primary aperture, protected by a tegillum and not by a porticus.
Van Eijden & Smit (1991):
Remarks. This species was found only in the >250-ìm fraction of Samples 121-758B-31X-CC and 121-758B-39X-CC.
