Griffin & Nielsen (2008): TYPE MATERIAL. Holotype of Pleurotoma turbinelloides: NHM-G26398 (Navidad). REMARKS. This is a senior synonym of Austrotoma echinulata (Hupé, 1854) but at the same time a junior primary homonym of Pleurotoma turbinelloides Reeve, 1846. See entry under echinulatus Hupé, 1854 [Fusus]. |
